Shopping List:
1.5 pounds whole chicken wings or party wings
2 cups buttermilk
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp ghost chili powder
1 tsp tumeric
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups cornstarch
Same seasonings as marinade
Canola or Vegetable oil for frying

Hi I just want to say you have really great recipes on your channel! 😊 This fried chicken ghost pepper recipe is the first one I want to cook but in the past with making fried chicken I’ve had trouble keeping the skin on the chicken. So what can I do to keep the the skin on the chicken without it coming off in the frying pan while cooking it?
