This Sponge Cake recipe is very simple to make and easy to remember.
All you need to remember is to use the same amount of eggs, sugar, cake flour and 1/3 of milk and oil.
Ingredients:
6 eggs ~ 180 g: separate the egg yolks and egg whites
180 g sugar: add to the egg whites in 3 batches during the beating
180 g cake flour
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
60 g whole milk
60 g vegetable oil
