Soldering is more like gluing things together. Switch and mosfet has no function (shorted drain- source) Spot Welds are poor without pressure on the electrodes before welding current flows.

What? You're not supposed to put a lot of pressure on the electrodes. You want there to be a tiny bit of resistance where you weld

@@ericklein5097 Did you watch the video? The metal stip is bend upwarts at the Ends with an airgap between it and the cathode of the battery. If you do not bring the materials togehter before you initiate the welding it makes no sense. and I don't say "a lot" of pressure. Press it together so there is no airgap and then initiate the welding process.

Ciao Non ho capito la funzione dell’interruttore. Secondo me per la saldatura, prima bisogna con un puntale premere la striscia metallica sul corpo della batteria provocando un buon contatto elettrico fra i due e successivamente...toccare con l’altro puntale la batteria provocando la scarica che fondera’ i metalli unendoli

У меня вопрос. Вот есть конденсатор или блок конденсаторов. В них поступает заряд от импульсной зарядки. Как черпать это электричество из кондёров равномерно, как из акб, чтобы было стабильное напряжение и амперы? Можно ли использовать dc-dc китайский с регулировкой на нём этих параметров?

Agradezco que compartas tus conocimientos, pero tengo algunas críticas. Te faltaron algunas cosas; 1- mostrar un diagrama esquemático del circuito, 2- Se que realizas el montaje del proyecto sin una tarjeta por rapidez, pero la verdad no espero que uses ese montaje para uso continuo por cuestiones de seguridad. Si alguien quiere hacer esto bien es mejor que lo montes al menos en una tarjeta perforada. Y de nuevo gracias.

SAW another one using 9v output transformer and bridge (Common with cordless phones) and 4x6.8 kohm caps and a LED+ resistor across cap to indicate when charged for battery welding. That produced better welds.

he connected all negative terminals together and also all positive terminals together. So he connected all capacitos in parallel. the black pin is negative terminal.

no porque es poca tension, cuando usa el multimetro al final del video se ve que trabaja a 3v, como tu cuerpo ofrece una resistencia alta, no hay circulacion de corriente, como la resistencia de las chapas que se sueldan es muy baja la corriente que circula es alta, (dado que la fuente puede proveerla) entonces la alta corriente es lo que derrite y da lugar a la soldadura, se calienta la zona de los electrodos. distinto de que si la tension es de mas de 70 u 80v ya podes empezar a percibir algo en tus dedos, mas aun si es AC, el problema tambien con los enchufes ac de la casa es que la corriente se limita menos (segun las protecciones con las que cuente tu domicilio) y entonces ese calor generado en la zona de circulacion de corriente es mucho mayor...

Lástima que las pruebas de soldadura no las haya realizado "tirando" con unos alicates para poder comprobar la solidez de la soldadura (Cosa que dudo mucho por otro lado)....No les aconsejo la compra de este soldador hasta que no vean más vídeos demostrativos.....

Poor video! No drawing diagram, no indication of input voltage, should demonstrate maximum of 4 spots welding to show how well the spot welding machine work. Time to do a V2 demonstration!

Вообще шляпа полная...я в 5 классе делал вообще по другому брал кондюк побольше,в розетку его и девок с пацанами током шлёпал..на металл замыкание(разряд( сильнее было чем на этгм видео...так что берём просто кондесатор емкостью побольше,суем в розетку и приварием подобные пластинки как на видео в более лучшем качестве🤣🤣🤣

Виталик..я рассчитывал из разряда данного кодюка по металлу...и отчёт действиям своим отдавал...и сколько держать в розетке я понимал..не держал..а чиркал..пиздюками всё испытывали...и пугачи и поджигные и карбит и прочая хуйня..с кондюками проще было..и взрывали их через удлинитель малой ёмкости и чего только не было,так что что все живы удивляться не стоит..!!
