Quick question! So I have the issue of having to deal on my blk brake runs, where I have to angle the track down so that the trains will go forward. Is there anything that I could NOT have to angle my brake runs down?

In this game, brakes aren't equipped with anything to move them forward (e.g. drive tires) so you have to incline the track downwards.
