How To Make Subway's Chocolate Chip Cookies At Home

Yes, these are subway's chocolate chip cookies!! These literally taste exactly like subway's famous chocolate chip cookies. So, if you are hungry toss a couple of these in the oven and enjoy. So, forget your trip to subway and make these delicious cookies at home. Now this is not the official recipe of subway but a very close similar recipe.
Recipe:
115g Melted Butter
115g Granulated Sugar
150g Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
180g All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
200g Chocolate
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Bake @320F for 8-10 minutes

I noticed you used baking powder in the video and not baking soda, so I used the powder and they came out excellent!

Looks delicious. Is there any particular reason for using 2 different sugars? I don’t use white sugar, I use sugar in the raw. Can I use that and brown sugar or can I double up on the sugar I use?

Yes try to use both granulated and brown sugar for the cookies. You can substitute granulated sugar for sugar in the raw. Though the texture might vary slightly due to the sugar in the raw having molasses in it. I hope that answer your questions. Thank you so much for watching!
