Summer Dolma ingredients

2 lbs ground beef (20% fat)
1 cup cilantro, parsley, dill and basil mix
1 large onion
3/4 cup rice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper

1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 large onion
2 tbsp tomato paste mixed with 4 tbsp water
cored eggplants, tomatoes, and peppers, as many as
desired
serve with garlic-yogurt sauce
