Sweet Potato balls are very popular in Taiwan night markets.Making them at home are quite simple & easy. It is a vegan snacks too.These are very chewy from inside and crispy from outside. Each variation of sweet potato snack differs slightly by one or two ingredients.In this recipe I used tapioca flour, corn flour , sugar, salt, baking powder & oil.

Instead of tapiaco starch can add corn flour alone and do it.. ?Will that be nice? If yes tell me how much should I add
