How to make Tandoori chicken at home | Chicken Tandoori recipe | Tandoori | Easy Chicken tandoori
Ingredients:-
6 to 8 chicken drumsticks/chicken legs or any chicken pieces you want
1/2 cup + 2 tsp mustard seeds oil (it is recommended) but you can use any cooking oil you have.
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilie powder (you can add spicy red chillie powder if you want)
2tsp yogurt (dahi)
2 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
oven or grill to make chicken tandoori
Tips:- you can sprinkle chat masala and fresh cilantro/coriander on tandoori just before you eat tandoori

Ingredients:
2 javitri flowers
1 anise star
7-8 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom (black elaichi)
1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
2 tsp dhania (coriander ) seeds
1 tsp cumin ( jeera ) seeds
1 tsp black pepper corn
1/2 tsp shahi jeera
1 tsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
Roast all the ingredients except kasuri methi ( dry fenugreek leaves) until you smell the aroma.
Cool the ingredients and then grind them in a mixie jar into the powder.
