Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp! Let me show you how to make our version of Fridays Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp. This will taste so much like the original recipe. This dish is easy to make and super delicious. It’s the perfect combination of Chicken, Shrimp, Sauteed Vegetables and Cheese. This recipe is full of flavor, and fresh ingredients.

INGREDIENTS ---- (All can be found in your local grocery)
2 tbsps. fresh garlic, chopped
2 tbsps. fresh parsley, chopped
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
¼ olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded to ¼" thickness
½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion White or Red, sliced into strips
1 cup Freshly chopped tomatoes, quartered
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
1 tbsps. kosher salt
1 tbsps. ground pepper
Directions
1. Mix the garlic, parsley, Cajun seasoning, and ¼ cup of olive oil, lime zest and juice in a bowl.
2. Stir to combine, and then pour half onto the chicken. Mix the chicken cutlets around the coat them in the marinade, then (cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes - 1 hour -Optional) 3. About 15 minutes before you start cooking, pour the remaining marinade onto the shrimp.
4. Slice the peppers, onions and tomatoes and sauté in ½ tablespoon of olive oil until tender, about 4-6 minutes. Season with the kosher salt and ground pepper. 5. Sauté the chicken breasts and shrimp in ½ tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat;
Cook evenly on both sides to a golden brown caramelizes. 6. To serve, heat cast iron skillet on burner over low -medium heat until very hot. Sprinkle the cheese onto the bottom of the skillet, then place the sautéed peppers and onions on one half of the skillet.
7. Add the chicken breast and shrimp on top of the cheese.
