Ingredients:
To Make Marinade
4 Garlic Cloves
A Thumb Size Ginger
1 Large Onion
1/2tbsp Rosemary
1/2tsp Aniseed
1/4tsp Cloves
To Marinate Catfish
1 Catfish
1tbsp All Purpose Seasoning
Salt
Some of the Marinade
To Season & Steam Meat
Beef
Cow Foot
4tbsp Tomato Paste
Beef Seasoning
Salt
The rest of the marinade
Additional Ingredients
3 Tomatoes
Habanero Peppers
1 Large Onion

Aww thank you, so these recipes were originally made without a blender or any kitchen gadget for that matter, boiling it first makes it easier to grind and now it adds to the layering of flavors so we keep the tradition going 😊
