I’m still at a beginner level but enjoying this as a challenge... Instead of snipping off on my gold petals, I’ve been slip stitching down the side and then starting the new petal, hopefully I’m using right terminology 😂but I think in the end it won’t be too noticeable, will see. That picture is giving me flashbacks to the horrible, stiff 80s acrylic afghans we had when I was a kid. My aunt went through a crochet phase when orange and brown were trending 😂. I'm so glad that acrylic yarns have gotten so much nicer!

I could see this easily turned into a daisy by 1 less center row in yellow. Use white for front petals and gray for the back. Make the petals 1 row longer. Hope this makes sense. Basically this pattern is easily adaptable.

If I could just sit and crochet for more then an hour each time I might be done or close to done making this. But grabbing an hour here and an hour there it’s taking quite awhile. But that’s ok. The time I do get I’m enjoying this so much.

I made both the larger and smaller versions of these squares today. Both came out very cute, but the video for the large square seemed to be cut off at important points.
