THE RECIPE
BANDITO NO-JITO
~10 Mint Leaves
1 TBSP Demarara Sugar
Quartered Limes (3 qtrs)
1 Jalapeno Slice
Lime flavored Sprindrift
Ice
THE BUILD
- Add mint leaves and sugar
- Stir mint and sugar for about a minute
- Quarter a lime and add 3 quarters to the glass
- Add one slice lime
- 4-5 presses with the muddler
- Add ice
- Fill glass about 3/4 with Lime Spindrift and stir
- Top off glass with more Lime Spindrift
- Garnish with mint and a straw!
- Try not to guzzle it down too quickly ;)
