@@SophiasOasis Which is great I didn't mention vegetables because they don't have a capsule so you can thoroughly wash them but meat have a capsule so no matter how you wash it it still has the same bacteria UNTIL you cook it

It’s a mixture of blended bell peppers, garlic, onion, ginger, spicy peppers, thyme, parsley and seasoning( it helps reserve it longer)
