I'm from Harlem and I've had the original...this is pretty valid, the only thing missing, and it's key, is the oil and vinegar on the lettuce and tomato.

I've never had it before either, but he didn't put anything in it that's not in a cheese burger. I guess what makes it special is mixing the meat with the cheese? I've made something like this wrapped in a flour tortilla. I called it a cheese burger in a tortilla.

I keep saying a chopped cheese gets pressed in a panini press until the crust of the bread is nice and crunchy. And the burger is made from patties not from ground beef. SMH
