Ingredients
Oil (avocado)
1 shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 ground cumin
3/4 cup warm water + 1/2 Tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon
Giant tostadas from Tostaderia Lafe
Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
Purple pickled onions
Avocado
Cotija Mexican cheese
Mexican sour cream (lala)
Quick and easy salsa
5 small tomatoes or 3 Roma Tomatoes
1 tomatillo
1 serrano
3 garlic cloves

Ladies!!!!!! Had to come back and comment again!!!!! Made this recipe today, smaller tostadas, OMG, it’s FABULOUS!!!! The only change was Fage sour cream and I made a roasted salsa, same ingredients and I LOVE to add Roasted Hatch chili 🔥🔥🔥. I get them from New Mexico, they are amazing!!! I'm in my tostada stance .. 🤣 Man, over here (Netherlands) all we have are those pre-made, hard, corn tortillas from Tex-Mex .. I hate it because they're always breaking apart! I do my best to soften them so that I can make a REAL taco, but here I see you eating a crispy tostada which reminds me of my hard taco shells. I guess I'll just have to 'assume the position' like you did and enjoy my Mexican food any way I can get it. 💖
