Recipe looks similar to Mexican Ceviche. You even added a very Mexican touch 7:42, some Tabasco peppers (Capsicum frutecens) from Mexico. You can use limes instead of lemons for a tangier taste. In Mexico coconut cream is sparsly used.

Yes...they are local limes alright. The ripe ones. Maybe you are used to seeing the green ones they normally sell in the supermarkets! You can also use lemons🍋 if no limes but limes I reckon are better!

The real raw fish just the fish ,lemon or lime with coconut cream ,no verge no any other kind of cream or onuoni, but the one you make call ,salad raw fish .oka or raw fish is a Samoan food ,

Consuming raw fish in any form is worldwide. I don't think it belongs or originated from any one country. The real raw fish is just fish raw and nothing else, which we can also eat.
