Full Recipe (we made half):
Ingredients:
~Filling~
2.5 lb Plums
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
~Crumble~
1 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6 Tablespoons of Cold Butter in Pieces

First cut up the plums into desired pieces or chunks (look at video). Add the remaining ingredients for the filling until there is juice released and you cannot see any cornstarch showing. Transfer to a baking dish like the one in the video, and let's move on to the crumble. Add in all of the ingredients into a bowl and combine and break apart butter with hands until the mixture is like sandy crumbles. Make sure there are multiple sizes of crumbling bits. Bake for 35-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 360°F. Let cool but serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
