Ingredients
2 cups of flour (280g)
1 egg at room temperature
50g of sugar (quarter cup)
25g -1 tbs of butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder
100ml of cold water
