Thanks for another very useful tutorial, Tim! I completed this today for the first time in Olive Drab, and decided to add a single spiral strand of Scarlet 275 cord around the central core. Perfect? No. I'm satisfied with my result. Cheers!

another great video, still want you to do a video on the bush viper design though. please consider doing it, I love the look of that design but probably wouldn't want to risk using so much cord following the pictures and doing it wrong. love this design too, Cetus is so talented, keep up the good work !! :)

That red tool is actually an Xacto Knife handle without the blade.

Good vid but you should add the cow hitch set up, the cord lengths, and the end knot didnt work well. I had to improvise.

well, good and bad I experienced with this weave the bad... I under estimated my cord... the good, this weave allows you to spread it the length and still remain tight and looks great too. my next time Ill add at least 2 feet per side, maybe more.

looping would be easy just use the center point tie it to your jig with a square knot and half hitch off either sides after running the lengths down to size and looping back up to hitch off at top. hopefully you have a way to anchor the bottom to the jig. I have used a d-ring with some string and tied the work to the d-ring and then afterwards cut the string to free it. message me if you need me to walk you through it.

if you're the least bit beefy as a person or the person your making this for do yourself a favor and use 12 feet of cord... barely had enough to kinda finish an 8.5" inch bracelet the extra foot of cord would have had allowed me to reach the end without having to tie off with the solomon early. early being about 1 inch shy of the buckle. I personally like to have more cord at the end so I can do pass throughs and sink the working ends back into the bracelet before my snip and singe. That and I somehow managed to put this bracelet on a 3/8" buckle #pointsme Don't even let me begin to tell you how hard it is to do a double cow's hitch on that.
