I made this dish for myself and husband I had to have my husband to season and taste because I suffer with long hauler Covid-19 symptoms, so I have no taste and about 75% smell at times but it looked amazing and my husband enjoyed it. Cabbage is one of my favorite green leafy 🍃 vegetables 😋. I love it served like this, as cole slaw, or steamed to perfection. You can pair it with Bar-B-Q, baked or fried chicken, roast, or a stand-alone one pot wonder with a slice of cornbread!! O soo versatile and delicious when properly prepared. You must be careful not to over cook it. I prefer it tender, but not mushy and brown. Mr Make it Happen has done it again!! 👏 👏 👏

One pot meal, cheap and really healthy for you. Fried cabbage or cabbage soup are some of my favorite dishes. I like the addition of the smoked garlic in there, nice touch👌

I enjoyed this recipe. Only thing I did different is I added some Yukon Gold potatoes. I pre boiled potatoes in chicken broth for about 7 mins Will make often! I also used smoked pork sausage and Napa cabbage because that was what I had in fridge.

I make this about every 2wks. With and w/o the sausage. Top with some sautéed shrimp, rotisserie chicken, steak, whatever is in the frig. Even with the sausage, I'll add 🍤! 😋 Thanks for the tip on adding the better than bullion roasted garlic, got some, and the W sauce. Level up!

I've made similar recipe with halved cherry tomatoes and the sausage. This is a keeper (yours and mine). Cabbage is a super food. I use my Wok to cook veggies. It is great. Bought in 1992. I use that pan the most of any I own. Thanks for the recipe again...

I make mine similar, but I add an extra stick of butter and cooked egg noodles. I learned it years ago from a Swedish cooking video and we love it.

Looks good! I haven't tried it with sazon or better than bouillon. I normally put onions and bell peppers with a little sugar, bacon grease and chicken stock plus seasonings but I'm going to have to try it your way.
