Quick guide on how to mix the perfect protein shake. QUICK SIMPLE AND EASY, and won't make your stomach QUEASY!!!
The almond milk is the key here! Its not too heavy like regular dairy milk and still makes the protein powder taste like straight CHOCOLATE MILK!

The almond milk has way less protein, oat milk is much better for you and our environment! Also counting calories should never never be a thing!!! Yes count protein 30 grams per meal, sugar is the big one along with carbs! If you eat a Greek yogurt look at the ingredients, is it clean? Look at the protein - 10g or higher 👍 sugar - 10g or less 👍!! Please stop teaching people to continue to count calories because it doesn’t work!

Ummm what are you even talking about? You have a fair point about oat milk having more protein but other things you said I cannot support. Counting calories 100 percent works. I use to be 100 pounds heavier than I am now, and I lost the weight thanks to proper nutrition (calorie and macro tracking) and exercise. I’m currently in the best shape of my life due to these things. Yes you shouldn’t ONLY focus on the calories. You should be getting enough protein and a proper amount of fat. But if you’re eating 3000 calories more than you are expending per day ( or any amount over your expenditure) you are going to GAIN weight. You simply cannot break the laws of thermodynamics. Simple and plain. Calories in vs calories out. You could lose weight eating just pizza if you are burning more calories than you are taking in. Is that healthy for your body in the long run as far as macro and micro nutrient needs? NO, but saying it doesn’t work is simply not true.

Also saying carbs is a problem is simply not true. Especially if you are training properly. Carbs are ESSENTIAL to that. The problem is someone who loads up on carbs and has no movement throughout the day. As well as the fact that, for every gram of carbs you intake, your body holds on to approximately 4 grams of water. Which is why you see people shed weight fast when they go on a super low carb diet (losing mainly the water weight that the body is holding onto from the carbs) I currently eat 250-350 grams of carbs a day and in the best shape of my life. Please stop spreading misinformation.
