RECIPE
Rum Around And Find Out
1.5-oz (45 mL) coconut oil fat washed Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
0.5-oz (15 mL) passion fruit juice
0.5-oz (15 mL) pineapple juice
0.5-oz (15 mL) lime juice
0.5-oz (15 mL) demerara simple syrup (1:1)
Garnish: Maraschino cherry, lime wheel, and pineapple leaf.
Glass: Pineapple glass.
Instructions: Shake ingredients. Open pour into glass. Top off with ice. Garnish.
