I am back after 4 months! A lot good things are happening in my life and I won't be able to post as frequently as I used to!
I finally make a video for this beautiful Wallet pattern. There are women that would like a minimal, small wallet, BUT there are also women that want a wallet to fit EVERITHING in it! I belong to the second category and this is a design especially for my needs!

This looks great. I've wanted to remake a wallet I bought years ago, but in real leather (apparently the one I bought wasn't real leather), and this wallet is the closest one I've found to it (closest one I've found on the inside). The only difference is that the one I have has a couple more zippered places, and mine has a lining. This one looks great, though, and it's pretty close to mine, except for the colour and design on the outside.

The interior of this wallet showcases a classic appearance. Leather wallets generally do not require lining. If it is lined with fabric on the inside, it's likely made out of PU leather.

Your work is beautiful! It would much easier and faster if you used a “stitching pony”, or “stitching horse”. I made my own. I call it: “KATZMAN ADJUSTABLE STITCHING STALLION”! Best regards, Richard

I just built this wallet for my wife and she loves it! I used a pre finished distressed leather, but I am curious what your method was for applying the dye to the faces where it has the nice faded effect? Was it a special cloth, or did you mix the dye with something?

thank you for your comment! I don't use any special cloth... I use pieces of cotton fabric from old sheets or t-shirts and I use pure fiebing's dyes (no mix). it is very important to apply a very small ammount of dye on the cloth and then apply with more pressure to the edges and softly as you move to the center. Also the cloth is almost dry when i dye the center.

Excellent work, Eleana! What type and thickness is the leather? Are the green and brown parts the same thickness? Do you sell suitable leather? (On my way to buy the pattern now😊)

Hello i just purchased your pattern from Etsy. Great pattern! Im actually gonna start it in the morning but had a quick question. I usually glue the ends with contact glue and noticed you didn’t. Is there a reason for this or is it just a preference?

Thank you for your purchase. I don't glue the edges because it's unnecessary when you have all the stiching holes pre-punched. You can use glue though if you want to.😊

Приобрели выкройку на Etsy. Распечатали. Стала стыковать для проверки детали, а самая большая деталь (та, что с цветком) на 1 мм больше остальных. С одной её стороны не хватает отверстия под кнопку, а с другой стороны отверстие под кнопку не стыкуется с таким же на другой детали. И на картинке с первой страницы видно, что у вас в файле 15 страниц, а в моем почему-то 10.

amazing leather wallet. why didn't you try to use "antique finish" on this flower ?

Thank you! I am not sure i can explain it as my English is not very good... the antique stain would have darken the parts of the leather that was pressed down. My stamps works better the opposite way... I needed the stamped areas to be un-dyed.

🤣 There are dozens of videos on how to make men's wallets and they all look the same... You just want a folded piece of leather to put a couple of credit cards and your driver's license! no cash, no coins, no photos, no lipsticks, no tampons, no wipes.... 😂 The ultimate mens wallet is "NO" wallet!
