How to Make: The VIRAL Cookie Monster Cookies💙🍪

Ingredients Used:
* 2 sticks unsalted butter
* 1 Cup light brown sugar
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 TBSP Vanilla
* Blue food coloring (gel or liquid)
* 3 cups all purpose flour
* 1 TSP Salt
* 2 TSP Baking Powder
* 3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
* 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
* 3/4 cup chopped Oreos
* 3/4 cup chopped chocolate chip cookies (I used mini chips ahoy)
* 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Save extra of all cookies and chocolate chips for garnish
