Your videos are so good I now have insomnia. lol. Each video gives me so many insights that it makes my brain go haywire. It's like getting a new paradigm uploaded into your brain in only 7-mins. This is way more efficient than reading.

I do like the idea of process reminds me of When an archer is shooting for nothing, he has all his skill. If he shoots for a brass buckle, he is already nervous. If he shoots for a prize of gold, he goes blind or sees two targets. He is out of his mind! His skill has not changed, but the prize divides him. He cares. He thinks more of winning than of shooting. During my work days 6 days a week, 5am I wake up read our daily bread and some bible scriptures, 530 prayer, 545am book reading subject that I would like to study( now physchology, 6am GYM, 630am breakfast, 645am prep for work, 715am going to work/ read book that i like! ( now reading everything is F*ck by Mark Manson) 8am to 5pm work be productive and enjoy! 5pm going home( read the book I like if I could) 6pm dinner 7pm prep for bed 8pm free time, pray and sleep my goal everynight is to have 8 to 6 hrs of sleep!!!!!! It is still a working progress ✌✌✌✌✌ ai can do it!

I think I need to have a master plan during my off days, my sched on my off day is first day is rest day my lazy day, second day is cleaning time of my house but I think I should plan things more productive on my off day. I want to do a process on how I can achieve my goals for the year. 😍😍😍😍😍

Brian, I'm amazed at how many books you read! How do you do it and make notes at the same time? Have you studied speed reading? I love your Philosopher's Notes because I can get the heart of a book in a short time. But I'd also like to know how to read faster and retain what I read. Keep up the good works - love it!

Barbara Langston Thanks, Barbara! Short answer: I work on it 10 hours a day 5 days a week. :) I don't speed read but, having read a lot, I do read rather quickly and have a pretty good system for identifying Big Ideas/creating Notes after creating my 215th one this morning! As I read a book, I like to imagine having the opportunity to hang out with a great teacher, discussing their BEST stuff that they worked so hard to distill into that book. :)

How can you sleep at 19:30? What happens if you have to stay up late? say up to 23:00

***** In the winter here that's well after the sun goes down so it's actually easier to go to bed then than at 9:00 in the summer! I've organized my life so I pretty much never have to stay up late. Of course, this is my way which works for me. Trick is for each of us to discover ours and then adapt it and optimize it and have fun!

Genuine question; what if you can't figure out your 'one thing'? I feel like I can do so many different things, and I am passionate about a lot, narrowing down my focus to one thing always feels restrictive and unnatural/unbalanced.
