How to make tindora | तोंडली ची रस्सा भाजी | Tondli masala | Tindora recipe | Ivy gourd (tindora)
tondli masala:
1/2 kg 1lb tondli/ tindora
2 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp jaggery (optional)
salt as per your taste
1 big onion chopped
For gravy-
1/2 cup dry coconut shredded
1/4 cup peanuts
1tsp coriander seeds
