@@Siva-fz3ov yes just take really hot water and a plastic bag cover the dolls head with it then put in the hot water then wait 1-2 minutes after that take it out and see if it soften if not put it back in water with the plastic bag

U can remove it with little bit force... U can use velcro at main joints to remove dress...
