Thanks for all your content, I'm learning so much. You frequently ask for suggestions for artists to cover. I have three amazing albums from three amazing artists from the 2000's: 1. Simon Posford / Shoongle: Are You Shpongled? 2. Jaia: Fiction 3. X-Dream: Radio Pick two or three tracks from each of these albums. Perhaps for Posford, pick only one. The Day Turned to Night is a masterpiece. Jaia's Fiction is stunning. Most of it fine examples of Trance made with House textures and sensibilities. And X-Dream is going to give you straight-up, no prisoners taken German trance with a tech edge. Thanks in advance! I'm sure you've heard of all of these producers. We've moved in different directions since then, but I still can hear the echoes of it now. And I think it's important not to lose touch with those original innovators. I'm kind of new in this genre, i come from a metal community, but i love your vids and the way you make them. It helps me to grow into this type of producing. My current fav track which pulled me into this genre is Apache by Allen Watts. I would like to see such type of trance from you as you make it. Keep up the good work.

Wow Will, this tutorial is a Hell Yeah banger! I love this style and all the (EDM)Tips you gave in this video. I would really like to hear the finished track as a Logi Pro user also, but more like a genre enthousiast. Keep on doing the hard work and I'am looking forward to the next tutorial. Maybe you could also use Vital once instead of Serum (it is free). At the other hand it is easy to recreate the sound in Vital also while watching you working on a patch. Maybe an idea: a track in the style of Scooter. It is 30 years after they released "Hyper Hyper" and still rock the stadiums with their music .🎉

One little thing that you could improve on with these videos....I always like to listen to the full track (with no interruption's) either at the beginning of the tutorial or at the end. When I load this project Ableton is giving an error that Serum VSTs are missing, Is serum a stock plugin for Live 12? If it is I don't seem to have it installed and I have the full Live 12 suite?

Producers these days dragging notes on the piano roll to create chords instead of just recording and playing chords in. You're all on a laptop and don't know how to play chords on a controller keyboard or real synth or piano? More music theory needed.

There are composers who don't know how to play any instrument and musicians who don't know anything about music theory, the Midi format is just another form of musical notation just like sheet music, tablature or chord diagrams.
