Yes, you've heard me right! We are making rice paper flowers.
In this video, I'm going to use "Spring roll wrappers" or "Vietnamese Rice Paper". This is what usually used for Vietnamese and Thai spring rolls. Rice Paper from a paste of rice flour and water that is stamped into bamboo mats and dried, these wrappers are translucent, brittle, and delicate-meaning they can be difficult to work with. But nothing can stop us, right?
