Step 1: Separate egg whites from egg yokes and wait until eggs become room temperature about 10 minutes.
Step 2: In a cup of flour add a tea spoon of baking powder and salt.
Step 3: To the egg yokes add 2/3 of a cup of sugar and beat with hand mixer until pale yellow color.
Step 4: Add a tea spoon of vanilla and 1/4 of a cup of milk.
Step 5: Beat the egg yokes for 4-5 minutes.
Step 6: add 1/3 of a cup of sugar to egg whites and beat until you get shiny peaks in your egg whites (mix for around 5 minutes)
Step 7: Add flour mixture to egg yolk mixture little by little and mix.
Step 8: Slowly add egg white mixture to egg yolk mixture by dividing in half and folding (don’t over mix)
Step 9: Add mixture to an 11x17 baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 10: Bake for 28-35 minutes at 350 degrees until fork comes out clean when you poke it.
Step 11: once cake is baked, grab a fork and poke the cake evenly on all sides with a fork.
Step 12: In a bowl, add 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of condensed milk and 1 cup of whole milk or a milk of your choice and stir until fully mixed.
Step 13: Then add the syrup you just made with a ladle over your cake and wait for it to absorb it.
Step 14: In another bowl add 1 cup of heavy cream and half a cup of sugar and mix with the hand mixer until it becomes whipped cream.
Step 15: Spread whipped cream over cake and add fruit to the top of it.
Step 16: let it cool and enjoy.
