Tuo
1.8 litre of water
1 1/2 cup cassava flour
1 cup corn flour || maize flour
Mix half cup of cornflour with the cassava flour and use the remaining for porridge. This will give a super soft and light tuo. If you want it more heavy then add more cornflour 50/50.
Note: Not cornflour for make slurry but a finer maize meal.
