If you’re going to use tin foil as a base protector, then it’s important to season your meat/food in a separate container before transferring it to the tin foil lined pan. Once the tin foil is broken, you run the risk of having small pieces of metal in your food which is not good. Nevertheless, it’s a great recipe. 🙏🏾🙂❤️
