I had the same problem.... You have to put the Fruity Balance in Insert 1 not in Insert 2

I learned from tutorials this fast - the trick is to keep it in a separate window and watch it as you go.

one tip: its not smart to do it inside a sampler because ull lose velocity etc.

Just turn the volume back up lol, set the note velocity to 100 in piano Roll instead of 80
