If I don't have a positive-negative wire, the thing that you press and a thick copper wire, what should I use? Can I use it when its unplugged?

What? You can use any copper wire. 22 guage solid copper wire would be good. And yes, you can use this unplugged. But what would you do with it unplugged? Or do you mean use it with a power bank? If you pull it out of its USB socket, it becomes a cold coil of wires.
