Here all we need to make Veg Sausages Recipe or Veg Juma in Bhutanese language are, flour (Maida), black pepper, garlic, chilli flakes or powder, salt, oil and water to make the dough.
In Bhutan nowadays Veg Juma is available in all most all the restaurants and shops with its reasonable prices. Also in Bhutan, Juma is like our everyday go-to snacks like you can have it anytime.

Ingredients used to make Veg Sausage Recipe or Juma:
500g Maida (All purpose flour)
Baking Powder
Salt & Pepper as per your taste
Ajinomoto/MSG (optional)
Garlic to make a paste
Red Chilli Paste
Cooking Oil
Procedure for making Veg Sausage Recipe:
1. First of all, we will start with making a dough in which we will add maida, baking powder, red chilli paste, garlic paste, salt & pepper, Ajinomoto(optional) and water.
2. Make sure to keep the dough neither soft nor hard.
3. Once the dough is ready, sprinkle some flour on the floor and knead it more.
4. Make a roll out of it and cut it into equal even parts.
5. Now, on the other hand, spread some oil on the steaming tray and place the rolls we made earlier from the dough.
6. Let them cook with the steam for 15 mins on high flame.
7. After 15 mins, it's steamed well and it's time to cut it into slices.
8. Cut it into thin slices and fry it in the oil until it turns golden brown in colour.
9. Take them out and let them cool a bit before eating.
10. Veg Sausage or Juma is ready. Enjoy the food!
