How to make vegetarian dishes from vegetables

1 kg (carrot + white radish + string beans + okra + cowpea + handful of straw + shiitake mushrooms + potato + bitter melon)

1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate (1/2 tsp)
2 tsp vegetarian fish sauce (2 tsp)
1/4 tsp crushed pepper (1/4 tsp) and 2 peppers
1 teaspoon roasted pepper (1 teaspoon)
1/2 tbsp chili sauce (1/2 tbsp)
2 tablespoons oyster oil (2 tbsp)
4 tablespoons soy sauce (4 tbsp)
1/2 tbsp sugar colored water (1/2 tbsp)
