How To Make Very Tasty Agidi Jollof.

I'll be Making Agidi Jollof. This is so tasty and it you can have this as breakfast, dinner or even as a snacks, because it is very light meal.
Ingredients:
2kg Corn
1kg cow ribs
Tomato Stew
A bulb of Onions
2 Seasoning cubes
1 Tbsp Curry
1Tbsp Thyme
Salt to taste.
Banana leaf (for wrapping)
Freezer bags or plastic bags(for wrapping).

You'll love it when you try it. I'll really appreciate your feedback sis. Sure you can use already blended corn for it, all you have to do is just for you to soak it properly say for a day so that you can easily out the starch. You are very much welcome Amy baby 💖

When you say sieved at the market do you mean sieving out the chaff? As I am not sure what was done. Otherwise, I'll still suggest you soak it. Thank you for watching 🤗❤️

From what I've known, it's dried corn that's used for this recipe, haven't tried using fresh corn before so can't tell what it would be like.

Did you add some maggi in the white agidi before the stew or is it the maggi u add in stew only

No, I did not add maggi to the agidi. Yes, I only added into the stew.

Did you soak the dry corn overnight before cooking it? Can I use fresh corn and cook it before blending it? Thanks for sharing

No I did not soak the corn. I haven't tried using fresh corn, as this is almost same way of making akamu/ogi just that I allowed it to boil before blending, so instead of soaking, once it came to a boil i blended it. Hope this helps. Thank you so much for watching 😊❤

I used Moulinex blender, you can use any powerful blender so far it's upto 750w, that's fine.

Everyone have their way of preparing their meals, not sure of soaking overnight but this is the method I'm sure of.

Oh so sorry to hear about this, the type of corn used might be a factor, it might also be the hot water did not boil well, or you've added abit more cool water while mixing the corn starch, so this might be the factors affecting why it turned out that way. Hope this helps.
