Going low carb. Good for you. I've been doing extreme low carb, carnivore, for 7 months. Went from 294 to 204. Still more to go. My top 2 meals are bunless smash burgers and ribeyes.

@@drunkwolf2477 its all diet. i started doing push ups and squats but had already lost the vast majority. i still have some to lose and i think it will slowly, very slowly, come off. but im going to try jogging or sprinting exercises as well, once it gets a little warmer and i get a little more motivated.

It's funny at the end you mentioned not liking onion at all in the past. I was the same. I found that when you start cooking things on your own it changes your palate. I put onion and mushrooms and stuff I never used to like in everything now! Except for Brussels sprouts 🤣. Great cook!

Well I guess you proved that Onion Buns are Fun! I really miss In-N-Out, that was the best part about living in California for a bit. I heard of the Flying Dutchman, just never tried it. That looks awesome guys! I've been going to In-N-Out Burger since the mid '80s and I Have honestly never tried the flying Dutchman. I've known about it for a while but just never had it. I always go for a double double animal style. Those look super delicious though!
