Whoever is reading DONT give up on your channel. Think about all the hard work that you have already put in. Every youtuber was once in your spot they just kept going. Stay consistent and you will reach your goals. consistent uploads and improvement and some determination is all you need! I am going for 625 subs by the end of March!

I wish KZfaq would let me add thumbnails for my shorts. It keeps saying, “For now, you can’t change the thumbnail on your Short” 😞

You can but you have to do it from a phone before the short is uploaded. Such a pain.

This can be done on the phone, while writing the caption (last step). There should be an edit button on the image YT selected and then you can choose a different thumbnails

I do it from my phone. I upload the short, I choose the thumbnail and I save the short. I then use my laptop to add a title, description and hashtags. Then I publish it.

I do it on my phone. I upload the short, choose a thumbnail and save it. All on my phone. It actually lets you choose a thumbnail on the phone, but not on the computer. I then use my laptop to add a title, description and tags. And I publish it from my laptop.

Doesn't matter how much effort you put into shorts cuz it's random if it takes off. I have make 5000 shorts I know this. Even if you hit every check box and have a killer short it still prolly won't go viral. It's a chance game when you get that far it seems. The real trick is to find something can make every day all day and not care if it doest hit. Just produce and produce. Putting 10 hours plus in a killer short to not take off would kill me. I make over 40 shorts a day. I have to take days off on purpose it's so easy for me I'm too far ahead 😁

How do you change the thumbnail of a KZfaq short? The video says to change for something more appealing, but I haven't been able to find an option for that on shorts.
