is there anything I can use to substitute for agar powder? and is this recipe eatable?

you can substitute plain gelatin for agar agar! i think it's usually a 1:1 ratio? you'd have to check your recipe. plain gelatin won't usually give you the same crystal clear look, and some people notice a little bit of difference in texture between the two. and yes, this is edible either way! though if you don't add sugar or flavorant, it'll pretty much just taste like water :B

+Typosable blue= blueberry flavoured red= strawberry flavoured pink= raspberry flavoured green= pear flavoured yellow= banana flavoured try buying these flavours to match the colours and they should taste great!

Agar and Gelatin create different "feels". Jello is more "gummy" and agar is almost more "jelly"... It's hard to explain if you haven't had both. When you use agar to make this, it's usually more "clear" and feels more like "water" when you eat it.

Yep, just remember to put sweet powder in the mixing process or liquid over it at the end, Agar powder tastes pretty bad by itself
