2 egg white , half cup cheeni ,1pinch salt , 1 tsp v.e...mix and cook it by keeping this bowl in hot water Then take this bowl off and beat it ..untill it become fluffy ..then add half tsp lemon

This is marangue , not cream , if you apply it on cake it's not stable for long time and it's texture is sticky , it's also known as royal icing ....mostly it is used for different decorations and pavlova
