Onion 1.2kg cut in 4,pieces kaju 1 kg soaked Magaj 1kg soaked for atleast 5mts Green chillies 3_4 if not bitter 6_7 Add water n boil for half an hour n remove the foam n strain . Wash them in cold water under tap . Dont touch just strain water as it is very jot.Then grind it . Tagka Heat oil about one cup Add tej patta n elaichi m fry a lil .add 150 gms gg padte n fry till rawness removed add gravy n on slow fire cook in one direction add earm water or milk Cook till thick.keep stirring add sugar . Stain
