How to make willow corn doll

The Moments with Trees project was lucky enough to have expert willow weaving, Renny Antonelli, attend to support volunteers in the creation of the Willow Tunnel (Bluebell Wood, Ferry Meadows) and Willow Maze (Pop-up Play, Ferry Meadows).
The project also organised willow weaving lessons for volunteer groups, where they could make items like the one you see Renny making here.
All thanks to the National Lottery Heritage Fund and National Lottery players!

Пробую плести, у меня на даче растёт специальная ива для плетения. У Вас получается ровно, а у меня пока криво. Но надо учиться.

My grandmother made them but sadly she died I found her corn dolly/ corn doll and asked my father how old is it and he said 40 years old

It's Willow from the Willow tree, they grow near water.
