Im guessing you knew this, but windowtapper is based of wavetapper by frums with the windows representing each of the cubes seen in the orignal music video. (the only reason im commenting this is because it doesnt seem like that was known based off of what u said)

bro, his video seems quite legit to be built by some programming languages that different from scratch. maybe you'd want to learn how to code for real, not using the world's easiest language. I do recommend C/C++ or Python for a start though.
