This jollof beans porridge is my absolute favorite way of making beans porridge. Its very easy to make but requires a lot of cooking time. I hope you'll inculcate it into your repertoire of recipes. Enjoy!❤️

Ingredient
4 cups beans
4 fresh tomatoes
3 chili bell peppers (tatashe)
5 scotch bonnet pepper (atarodo)
2 large onion bulb
3 garlic cloves
1 inch root ginger
1 cup palm oil
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 table spoon paprika powder
1 tbsp crayfish
1 table spoon ground pepper
3 seasoning cubes
5 bay leaves
7 cups water or vegetable stock
Salt to taste
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup spring onions
Fried Plantain to serve

U don't need to parboil. Parboiling is like cooking with the chemical already, all u need is boil hot water, add salt to ur beans and pour the hot water inside the beans then wash away the chemicals.

I like how Winnie presents her cooking and how she puts life into her cooking activities, her mental attitude is Good. Heep it up, You are a wife material. I have observation though. I noticed Winnie do add salt at the beginning and I think that such makes the time requires to soften the Bean to be a bit longer, I stand to be corrected please. Gabriel
