Chef Alan Tetreault of Global Sugar Art, LLC shows his easy and proven method of making beautiful Gerbera Daisies using either PME plunger cutters or the JEM Multi Daisy Cutters. Alan demonstrates how to easily wire the flowers after they are dried saving time and frustration. Chef Alan also demonstrates how to use petal dust to effectively color gumpaste and keep it a firm consistency.

Thank you for these videos. I have learned so many useful tips which have helped me improve my skills. I especially enjoyed learning how to use petal dust to color Gumpaste.
