Circuit is very simple. You can see that there is an amplifier circuitry but instead of speaker I just use induction loop which acts like electromagnet and of-curse there should be the receiver in our ear. So, I just used neodymium magnet in my ear for the purpose of receiving the signal transmitted by induction loop. I found neodymium magnet near the laser from my old DVD player.

Bro i am working on the similar project but couldnt achieve anything till now i want to ask if i could connect the GSM box with a very tiny earpice exactly of 1-3mm n put it in our ears near eardrums with a good quality of sound can it be made our bought as in market they give a very big earpice?? Plzz reply as i want to be safe from my side from being cought hope you understand😉

you can find that in your earphones teardown ur earphones you will get small magnet :-)

I made a loop about 50 turns but it only sounds when the magnet is placed about 2 cm away from loop. It cant make sound when i put the loop in my neck & magnet in ear

50 is minimum use more than 50 turns for Better results
