Yes, but I use wood filler and sand it down before painting and it hides it

What size balloons would you use for a mini arch on the smallest arch?

It depends on the style. If you need an arch to go all around, probably 8 feet

Do you remember what size screws you used for the metal brackets? Also , did you get the brackets Home Depot or Lowe’s too? Thanks!

I got the brackets at home depot, but I have bought them at Walmart before. I am not sure what size screws I used. I just found ones that would not go through the flat washer.
