Thank you this is a great recipe, my recommendation for using wooden utensils only when you're making yogurt. The metal interacts with the cultures. When you stir you want to use wooden utensils so it remains thicker and does not deactivate the cultures

Great video quick and easy I wont waste my lemons any more. Girls making soda bread forgot the buttermilk? Just sqeeze lemon juice into milk and use straight away.
