Valve need to add a vote to kick player for that kind of player. Better play a 4v5 game rather than 5v5 with people like that.

Have you tried the disable help from team mates ? The 'Disable Help' feature is found within the 'Shared Unit Control Options' menu to avoid unnecessary help from "team mates"

Yeah, right, but Io can still tether no matter what. I don't know why, seems like it's the only ability, happened to me on many occasions. Even a disabled help doesn't save from a tether, which is ultimate bullshit
